Jess Eva Allen
Jess Eva Allen is a Music Artist Development Coach, Singer-Songwriter, and Spoken Word Artist dedicated to helping musicians master their craft, build their brand, and fund their music careers without compromising their life.
With expertise in vocals, songwriting, crowdfunding, and branding, Jess empowers artists with the skills they need to confidently create, connect, and share their music.
Her signature program, “How to Crowdfund 5K in 30 Days,” has helped artists successfully fund their projects, and now she’s teaching others how to do it—again and again.
Flammeus
Flammeus is an Icelandic spiritual indie singer-songwriter (real name: Tumi!), inspired by The Beatles and jazz. He is currently just a few months short of finishing his Jazz Performance BA on the electric bass, although he mostly writes songs with his voice, piano and guitar. A self-proclaimed music theory nerd, Flammeus revels in helping his fellow songwriters get a grip on the subject – which is the reason for his creating his flagship program “The Unstoppable Songwriter.”
Notable achievements in the music industry include; making it into the final 12 of The Voice Iceland at age 18 (earning him the right to sing on live national television), winning $2200 as the best newcomer at the international music festival Iceland Airwaves in 2019 with his first album The Yellow, and crowdfunding over $8000 between his two LPs. He has lived in 4 countries in his adulthood and speaks 5 languages – and is currently based in Mannheim, Germany, where he studies jazz, plays shows with his trio promoting his recently released second album ASAP (As Sane As Possible), and teaches music.

As a graphic artist and founder of her own band, Sharon has mastered the art of crafting an authentic, emotionally resonant brand identity that connects deeply with fans. Through her visual storytelling, album concepts, and nonprofit initiatives, she empowers artists to align their message, music, and mission into a cohesive, standout brand.
Randy
Randy Emata is a veteran musician, producer, and music director with over 30 years of live and studio experience. Classically and jazz trained since age five, his genre-defying versatility has led him to tour the world, collaborate with music legends, and score Emmy- and Grammy-nominated works. Currently based in Los Angeles, Randy is known for his artist development work, signature Tuesday night residency at The Federal in North Hollywood, and for serving as Music Director/Keyboardist for Eric Benét. In 2025, Randy’s work with Eric Benét and Chanté Moore broke into the Billboard Top 10, cementing a new high point in his decades-long career. A quiet powerhouse behind the scenes, Randy continues to be a trusted creative partner for icons across jazz, funk, soul, and pop.
Anj
Anj is a professional producer and audio engineer from Toronto, Canada. Anj is breaking genre barriers, melding R&B, pop and hip-hop music into her characteristic style. From age 4, Anj was a serial musician. She had already begun playing piano and continued to master instruments, adding guitar, drums, bass, and trumpet to her arsenal. When her hunger for music led to penning original orchestration at 12, Anj quickly fell in love with music production. She credits artists like Kanye West, Dr. Dre and Russ as early influences, but finds most of her inspiration from today’s world and her own life experiences.
